78 percent of financial service professionals think working from home or another remote location means fewer distractions. And 86 percent say having an office space with other team members means increased collaboration, and faster problem-solving.

82 percent of financial service professionals mentioned their company has invested in technology to support hybrid workplaces, including hardware and software. For example, companies have purchased different communication hardware like webcams and speakerphones. Also subscribed to different SaaS products for communication and project alignment.

50 percent of interviewees will consider resigning if the company cancels its current Hybrid Work policy. This means financial business leaders should invest in a high-performance hybrid workspace to retain talents. When employees have the flexibility to work remotely, they are less likely to feel trapped in their jobs and more likely to stay with the company.
A hybrid work policy provides employees with the opportunity to work remotely whenever they like. When employers offer hybrid work programs to their employees, employees are more likely to be satisfied with their work experience and remain committed to the organization. This is exactly the case we found in the Finance Sector. Hybrid work policies are the best of both worlds because they provide employees with the benefits of both remote and office-based work.
