2. Next, under resources, click on Download CoolpoTools

3. Look for the Mac or Windows version of CoolpoTools "Compatible with Coolpo AI Huddle Mini Lite"

4. Once you’ve done downloading the CoolpoTools, make sure that you update its firmware. To update your firmware, you need to plug it in first into your laptop or computer. You will know that it is ready when it is connected.

5. Then, click the “Firmware Update” to make sure that your firmware is up to date. Make sure that you’re not using Coolpo AI Huddle Mini Lite as a webcam in any program while the firmware update is ongoing. Preview Screen

Using Coolpo AI Huddle Mini Lite, you can preview your screen to check yourself, your background, and the video display.

If you want to disable this feature, you can just click the grid icon located at the bottom right.

Alternatively, if you want to enable this feature, just click the icon again and the precise 9x9 grid will be displayed.

MeetingFlex AI

When Disabled:

If you want to disable the MeetingFlex AI feature, the AI is switched off, and you can choose between 3 different fields of view: 60°, 90°, and 120°.

Also, when this feature is disabled, you can toggle Mirror Video as well, and you can choose its audio sensitivity between Low, Medium, and High, depending on how wide a range you need for the Coolpo AI Huddle Mini Lite to pick up voices. 

When Enabled:

If you choose to enable this feature, you will enjoy different AI modes, choose from 3 different FOVs, toggle Mirror Video, and choose audio sensitivity as well.

Frame Master

Frame Master has two different modes: Group and Individual Modes.

Individual Mode

You can use this mode if you’re attending remote work meetings or online classes alone. In this feature, the AI and the camera will only focus on you using its AI tracking, regardless of whether there are other people passing behind you.

This feature is helpful when you’re taking your video conference calls in co-working spaces, coffee shops, or even at the beach. 

Moreover, you can toggle the AI off and choose the 60° field of view (FOV). Further, choose the Low audio sensitivity setting so that the microphone’s pickup range is closer to the Coolpo AI Huddle Mini Lite. This means it will block out most of the noise and only focus on voices near it.

Group Mode

You can choose this mode if you’re in a group hybrid work meeting. This is perfect if you’re in a conference room and all your team members are part of that meeting. 

This AI tracking feature, more commonly known as "Autoframing," will ensure your group is front and center in any video conference.

Division Master

This feature will allow the AI and the webcam to focus on up to seven (7) meeting participants with individual frames.

Overall, this allows remote work meeting participants to see the whole meeting area as well as the people within the meeting. See everyone’s reactions and gestures in real-time using this AI tracking feature.
